I feel 'WONDERFUL' after 2 weeks of camp. This is exactly what I needed. My day was filled with kids, long work hours, and then more kid activities. I was feeling sluggish, tired and unmotivated. After attending just 2 weeks of your Epic Boot Camp, I now start my day for me... and it feels wonderful. I have already dropped 5 lbs and I feel stronger already. Jacob does a wonderful job of keeping us motivated and he is eager to help us. I will tell you I look forward to my morning workout (well maybe not in the rain)... but I intend to be in this for the long haul.. Thank you.

As a full time working mom of two, finding an effective and efficient exercise program that doesn't take away time from my family has been a challenge. When I heard about Philly Bootcamp's 5:30 a.m program, while at first I couldn't imagine getting up and out the door so early, I signed up hoping it would provide the new and challenging workout I was looking for. Philly Boot camp was a complete win-win for me. Personal training doesn't get any better than this! Quality instructors; high intensity workouts and significant physical results are just the beginning. You experience a different workout each day, along with all times and counts done for you. There is no reason not to sign up - it is worth every minute. My first month delivered an 8.5 inch decrease in my overall body measurements! That is significant for a 42 year old mom of three! Take the challenge - you won't regret it! I'm already signed up for the next session!
