Hello! Jacob here! I just wanted to write to all our Philadelphia campers and say that I have heard nothing but good things from Brian and Lisa about your workouts. I know the campers at Black Rock Park have been putting in some good work, and the same seems to hold true for the other camps. Interim camps are starting next week so please let your trainers know if/when you are interested in attending. The week after that a new session of camps are starting at our indoor locations. Make sure you register early online or with your trainer because the indoor locations have less room for campers.
As always, please let me know if there is anyway that we can serve you better!
Keep up the hard work, eat healthy, and have fun!
I miss bootcamp!!
This was my first boot camp session. In fact, this was my first exercise experience in more than 20 years! I didn’t know if I could do this but I committed myself to 12 sessions and then I could quit. The first week was bad – I felt nauseous during the workouts, could hardly get through my work day due to pain and fatigue but I followed everyone’s advice and took lots of Tylenol and kept coming back. Since then, I have been on a high. I love the interval training (although I hate mountain climbers, burbees and thrusters with a passion) and have a new level of energy. It’s never the same workout so you can’t get bored. My goal was to increase my strength and flexibility and I feel great. I will definitely be back!
