How do I register now?
Click on the Registration Tab and fill out the form. After you fill it out, please follow the instructions for payment. We accept cash, check, or credit card. We will contact you to set up your pre-camp evaluation once we receive your registration information. If you find that you are unable to attend camp before the session begins, we will refund your money, save for a $50 cancellation fee. After your session begins, we are happy to give you a credit towards another boot camp session. This credit is non-transferable, there are no cash refunds, and this is not negotiable.

What does the pre-camp evaluation entail?
During your pre-camp evaluation, we will answer any questions you may have about the program, review your medical history, and take body measurements. These measurements are for a post-camp comparison, and the information will remain confidential. We will also record your height, weight, and measure your body fat percentage. Once again, this is for post-camp comparison. You will receive your Epic Boot Camp Welcome Packet and Epic Boot Camp T-shirt.

What should I bring to camp?

  • Exercise mat
  • Bottle of water
  • Optional items include a towel to dry off, and gloves and mittens during winter months. Dress in layers, as even during the winter months you will get warm quickly.

Can I sign up for the three-day plan and add on more days?
Yes. Many women realize how fun, convenient, and quickly they will see results and register for additional days. You will just be charged a pro-rated amount from the point that you decide to do additional days.

Will I be sore?
Soreness is common at the beginning of camp. But, after two or three days, the soreness should just be mild to moderate. It just means that your Epic Boot Camp workouts are working!

What can I expect from a typical day at camp?
Each day is different so that you do not get tired of your routine. Each week, activities such as running, weight training, obstacle courses, jumping rope, and core training will be incorporated.

When I can I expect to see results?
You will find that performing the exercises becomes easier after just three days of camp. Visible improvement in your appearance can take two to four weeks, depending on your fitness and effort levels. It isn’t uncommon for some campers to go down two dress sizes. But, remember: EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.

What happens once camp is over?
You will have a post-camp evaluation to see your progress and success from the program. Many campers return for a second and third camp experience.
